To Create a Vital Community for All of Corryville

Our Mission

Action & Impact

Beautification

The Corryville CDC aims to become more engaged with streetscape improvement efforts to help support small businesses, create third places, and keep our community lively for residents and patrons.

Housing

In 2006, the Corryville CDC, in collaboration with the University of Cincinnati, completed the renovation of the Turner Center. This research facility is home to Livewell Collaborative and the Niehoff Urban Studio.

Innovation

In 2012, the Corryville CDC, in collaboration with the University of Cincinnati and Traditions Development, completed the Village at Stetson Square Phases One and Two. This project successfully added 205 apartments and 53 condo units.

Empowering
our community

The Corryville CDC was formed in 1995 to lead the revitalization of the Corryville neighborhood in Cincinnati, Ohio. Since our establishment, we have created over 250 units of housing and over 140,000 sq ft of retail and office space in Corryville. Help support our operations by donating using the link below!
