To Create a Vital Community for All of Corryville

Our Mission

Action & Impact

Beautification

The Corryville CDC aims to become more engaged with streetscape improvement efforts to help support small businesses, create third places, and keep our community lively for residents and patrons.

Housing

As an organization, we have built a reputation of perusing, enabling, and inspiring innovation. Turner Center and One Stetson Square, both Corryville CDC properties, have been the host to many incredible organizations pushing innovation forward in their industries.

Innovation

In the Corryville CDC’s 29 year history, we have successfully developed and/or co-developed 205 apartments and 53 condo units in Corryville. The most notable of which being The Village at Stetson Square.

Empowering
our community

The Corryville CDC was formed in 1995 to lead the revitalization of the Corryville neighborhood in Cincinnati, Ohio. Since our establishment, we have created over 250 units of housing and over 140,000 sq ft of retail and office space in Corryville. Help support our operations by donating using the link below!
