Current Projects

  • The Point: Auburn Ave & William Howard Taft Rd Streetscape Improvement

    Corryville CDC will be spearheading a streetscape and pedestrian improvement project as a part of Uptown Rental Properties The Point mixed-use development. The project will implement an expanded pedestrian right-of-way, new street lights, and will underground some utilities. The impact of which will increase traffic claiming and safety to a high volume intersection.

Our Past Projects

  • Turner Center

    The Turner Center, situated at the heart of the Short Vine Business District (2728 Short Vine St), was completed in 2006 in partnership with the University of Cincinnati. This facility was renovated to provide additional classroom space and provide apartments for visiting professors. The apartment spaces have since been repurposed to host non-profit operations such as Livewell Collaborative.

  • One Stetson Square

    In a collaborative effort with Traditions Development and the University of Cincinnati, One Stetson Square was completed in 2007, providing 140,000 sqft of research and office space. These spaces are currently leased to the UC College of Medicine. Additionally, this facility is home to chain favorites such as Piada, Chipotle, and Jimmy Johns.

  • The Village at Stetson Square

    Corryville CDC was crucial partner in the development of Phases One and Two of the Village at Stetson Square. This development, in collaboration with Tradition Development, created 53 condo units and 205 apartment units for young professionals and students. The property was sold in 2022 to PLK Communities.

  • Bellevue Gardens Condominiums

    Completed in 2001, Bellevue Gardens was the Corryville CDC’s first development project. The condominiums were sold to the University of Cincinnati in 2002 and is utilized to accommodate visiting professors, faculty, and students.
