About the Corryville CDC

The Corryville Community Development Corporation was founded in 1995. We were founded as a member organization in collaboration with the Corryville Community Council, Short Vine Association, and the University of Cincinnati. Our Board of Trustees is comprised of members from each of these organizations. Our organization is dedicated to making Corryville a vital community through various initiatives, development, and redevelopment projects.

In our 29-years of operation, we have helped to construct 140,000 sqft of reseach space and opened four retail spaces at One Stetson Square, completed 53 condos, operated 205 apartment units at the Village at Stetson Square, and spearheaded the renovation of the Turner Center.
